New accounts were added in Fundware but do not show in an existing F9 spreadsheet.
1. Have all users sign out of Excel/F9 2. Browse to where the index files sit on the system (The path should be evident on the Pump Screen and the files are normally in the Fundware\data directory) 3. Delete the two files related to your division. They are: ##A_KEY.cdx (where ## is your division number.) ##A_Key.dbf 4. Log back into F9 and click on F9, F9 Server, Utilities, Pump 5. On the Index Pump screen, select your division and make sure a valid file path exists, then click Pump 6. Once the data is repumped, recalculate your spreadsheet
