1. Open the Record Query
  2. On the Results tab, open a record which the addressee/salutation looks incorrect

Note: The addressee/salutation is in use on the record. It does not appear like it is in use because of the way the records are formatted.

  1. In Configuration, addressee/salutation, open the addressee/salutation in question
  2. Unmark Smart
  3. Log out and log back in
  4. Run the Query

Note: Add titles to their records and confirm their names are formatted according to the addressee/salutation
