- Open the Record Query
- On the Results tab, open a record which the addressee/salutation looks incorrect
Note: The addressee/salutation is in use on the record. It does not appear like it is in use because of the way the records are formatted.
- In Configuration, addressee/salutation, open the addressee/salutation in question
- Unmark Smart
- Log out and log back in
- Run the Query
Note: Add titles to their records and confirm their names are formatted according to the addressee/salutation
