1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover above your event name and select Bookkeeping
  3. Click Gift Entry
  4. Search to see if there is an existing record for the donor. Mark the radio button to the left of the donor's name. 
    • Note: If no records were found, please click New. If the donation was from the participant to be credited to the same participant, please search for the participant's contact record.
  5. In the Search for Participant, Team or Group Section, search for the participant, team or company that is going to receive credit for the donation. Mark the radio button to the left of the participant's name. 
    • Note: If the donation is a general donation to the event as a whole, click None.
  6. Fill out the form with the Donor's information 
  7. Click Submit
    • Please note: Offline gifts entered through Bookkeeping may or may not trigger a confirmation email to the donor or a notification email to the participant credited, based on the settings under Website Info > Customize Forms > Confirmation
  8. On the Dedication Page, select the Recognition From, Type, and To values
  9. Click Submit
