When importing batches from Fundware Connect, the application freezes and is non-responsive.
Verify the FundWare Data path and TTY # are correct within Connect.
To verify the path: 1. In Connect, Select the Setup Tab. 2. Select Edit, Verify the path is directed to the FundWare\Data directory. 3. The path can be refreshed by deleting the existing path and selecting the button "Find FundWare Data Path".
To verify TTY number: 1. From Start, Explore, browse to Folder FundWare\7.60\Bin. 2. Select and Run SetTTY.exe. 3. See what the TTY number is for FundWare 7.X. 4. In Connect, Select the Setup Tab. 2. Select Edit, enter the TTY number located in step 3.
