- If Yes is selected at the prompt above: “Are you sure you want to wait? You cannot resume to work in The Raiser’s Edge until the batch process completes.” (Options: 'OK'/'Cancel')
- If OK is selected at the prompt above: "The batch requires an answer file from your payment processor. Do you want to retrieve the file at this time? Depending on the number of gifts, your wait may be lengthy". (Options: 'Yes, I’ll wait.'/'No, I’ll check back later').
- If 'Yes, I'll wait' is selected at the prompt above: The Raiser’s Edge will reach out for the response from the gateway. If one is available at that time, no messages will be received and the batch will be populated with authorization/rejection codes. If no response is available, then the batch will hang until it is closed out of (as it is attempting to find a response and cannot locate one).
- If 'No, I'll check back later' is selected at the prompt above: The Raiser’s Edge will not take any action.
