Importing a CSV file into the Sphere Address Book:
1. Login to the user's HQ
2. Click on the Email Tab
3. Click "Import Email into Address Book" 
4. Select CSV file, then click "Next"
5. Click the "Browse" button to find the file exported from your email provider (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, etc) on your system.
6. Click the "Next" button
7. Select the field in your import file that should be imported into each field, then click "Next".
The next screen will show the processing results and how many records were imported.

Note: The CSV must have the First Name, Last Name, and Email columns. The column headers do not need to be in the CSV.
