Unable to access services to send mailings - Error appear in Mail Constructor Service

Error: Invalid user-name or password - Access is denied to bbnc services

To resolve this error, ensure the Blackbaud service credentials are correct.  To review and update these credentials in NetCommunity:

  1. Login as a Supervisor user to NetCommunity
  2. Click on Administration Sites & Settings
  3. Click the Web services tab
  4. Enter the Username and Password in the Blackbaud Services section 

Note:  Be careful to only change the Blackbaud Services credentials and not the Blackbaud Payment Services credentials.
