For more information about why a transaction was rejected, run a Transaction Search from the Transactions section of the BBMS web portal. Once the transaction(s) in question are located, select a transaction in question and click Details in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The Gateway Result value will provide more information about why the transaction was rejected.


Go into the Batch that contains these transactions and locate the Rejection codes. The Rejection codes found here will provide more information as to why the transaction was rejected by the Gateway (BBMS).
