1. Go to Contacts > Organizations
2. Click Show All
Note: This will show you ALL the organizational records in your database
3. Click Choose Columns
4. Check the fields that you want to display
Note: Some of the fields are already checked by default. You can deselect them if needed
5. Expand the different folders to look for specific fields.
6. Click Submit
The report will refresh and display all the fields you recently selected. Please note that there will be no financial information that can be viewed on this report.
Note: If you have duplicate organizations in the database, the report will pull in all organization records. It will not combine the multiple records, to represent only one organization.
