Error: The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data. when generating fixed amount payments

When attempting to generate Fixed Amount Automatic Payments, you may receive Error: "The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add.  Try inserting or pasting less data" for certain records.  When Previewing, you are unable to deselect the records that were the cause of the Error.  When trying to open one of the records you may receive the following Errors:

Error: run-time error 'o'

Error:  General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The UPDATE statement conflicted with the CHECK constraint "CK_SB7RECORDAUTOPAYMENTPLANS_SCHEDULENUMPAYMENTS". The conflict occurred in database "XXXX", table "dbo.SB7RECORDAUTOPAYMENTPLANS", column 'SCHEDULENUMPAYMENTS'.

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated.
Native error:3621

Error: Automation error
The callee (server [not server application]) is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call may have executed.
