The status field can only  be hidden with a custom code.

  1. From the Online Form page, click Edit Page
  2. Click on an empty placeholder and choose New Part
  3. Select Unformatted Text for the Part Type.
  4. Enter a name for the part.
  5. Click Next
  6. Paste the following code into the HTML area of the Unformatted Text part.

  7. Click Save
This newly created Unformatted Text part can be added to any page with a Form Display part to suppress the Application Status of forms on that page.
Reversing this suppression of the Application Status can be accomplished by either:
  1. Unmarking the checkbox for View for Everyone on the Targeting & security tab. How to adjust security options within a part
  2. Removing the part off the page
