Error: This webpage is not available - when attempting to access a form in a CMS

An Organization has a form that is pulled in through a CMS site. When visitors try to access the form pages through the CMS website, the browser returns an error saying Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage, This webpage is not available, The section of the website that you are trying to reach is no longer available or other similar messages.
Confirm the event selected in association to the form is correct:
  1. Navigate to Content>CMS
  2. Hover over your Website Name and select Manage Website
  3. Navigate to Content Management>Site Structure>Folder View
  4. Locate the web feature associated with the Form and click to open it
  5. Select the Event Selection Tab
  6. Ensure the correct event is selected from the Event: dropdown. If not, select the correct event, click Ok and Publish the feature.
Confirm the Web Feature is not disabled:
  1. Navigate to Content>CMS
  2. Hover over your Website Name and select Manage Website
  3. Navigate to Content Management>Site Structure>Folder View
  4. Locate the web feature associated with the Form and click to open it
  5. On the properties tab, ensure Disable This Web Feature is not marked. If it is marked, unmark it and click OK and Publish the feature.
Confirm the Form is in Active status:
  1. Navigate to Communities>Forms
  2. Hover over your form name and select Website Info
  3. Next to the Status location, ensure the event is in Active. If the event is disabled or in preview mode, move the radio button to active and click Publish This Event Now.
