Error occurs when attempting to update Blackbaud Enterprise CRM. Error occurs shortly into update/installation.
Error: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. Cannot find central directory
Complete the following steps in order until issue is resolved.
1. Log into Windows as a system administrator. 2. Verify that Windows login user and System account have full permissions to the system Temp directory and all its contents. 3. Disable UAC (User Account Control) and reboot. 4. Change the Windows system parameters to use a different Temp directory and reboot for that change to take effect. 5. Create a new local administrator and log in as that new user. 6. Run installer from the Desktop with anti-virus stopped.
