1. Go to Administration, click Setup System Security
  2. Open the appropriate security group
  3. Under System Components, select and highlight Student Billing
  4. Under Student Billing Privileges, mark the checkbox for Records
  5. With Records highlighted, click Options
  6. Under Records, mark the checkbox for Student
  7. In the Student section, select the row for Activity and mark the View checkbox
  8. To allow users access to specific transaction types, select the transaction type in the Records section
  9. Mark the options to View, Add, Edit or Delete the transactions
  10. Click OK when finished
  11. Click Save and Close to exit the group
    Note: Users must exit and sign out and log back in before the security changes will take effect.
