- Go to Administration, click Setup System Security
- Open the appropriate security group
- Under System Components, select and highlight Student Billing
- Under Student Billing Privileges, mark the checkbox for Records
- With Records highlighted, click Options
- Under Records, mark the checkbox for Student
- In the Student section, select the row for Activity and mark the View checkbox
- To allow users access to specific transaction types, select the transaction type in the Records section
- Mark the options to View, Add, Edit or Delete the transactions
- Click OK when finished
- Click Save and Close to exit the group
Note: Users must exit and sign out and log back in before the security changes will take effect.
