1. Have all users exit FundWare. Log back in and try the process again.
  2. Log in with full admin rights to both the server and FundWare. Attempt the process again. 
  3. Browse to the FundWare/Data Directory. Locate the file and right click. On the General tab, under Attributes, verify the Read Only checkbox is not marked.
  4. Reboot the server
  5. Re org the entire division.
