This generally only occurs when the organizaton's BBNC Web Server and SQL server are on separate domains.

To resolve this:
  1. Open the command line interface (Start>Run>cmd click OK).
  2. On the command line enter the following: RunAs /netonly /user:DOMAIN\USER “\\PATH\BlackbaudInstaller.exe”
    (DOMAIN is the domain of the Database server, and USER is a Windows Account with Administrative rights on the SQL server machine, and PATH is the path to BlackbaudInstaller.exe on the web server.)
  3. Press enter. The Installer will launch
  4. Complete the install normally.
