Check with the processor to see if they received the transmission file. If they did receive it, DO NOT PROCESS THE BATCH AGAIN.  Close the batch, and attempt to open it If not:

If the processor DID receive the transmission file:
  2. Save and Close the batch
  3. Try at a later time (or even the following business morning) to re-open the batch. 
  4. Click Yes to the prompt to retrieve the answer file from the processor.
If the processor did NOT receive the transmission file: 
  1. Clear the rejection codes from the batch.
  2. Create the EFT transmission file again.
If the processor did receive the transmission file, ensure that the credit card is not a corporate card that has restrictions placed on it by the issuing bank.
