If the original mailing returns zero results, reference how to enter trackable links in a mailing.

If a duplicated mailing or copied content return zero results, complete the following:

  1. Go to Communication > eMail
  2. Hover over the Campaign Name
  3. Click Manage
  4. Click the Content link
  5. In the content editor, highlight the link
  6. Click the link manager button
  7. In the pop up, unmark "Make this link trackable."
  8. Click Submit
  9. In the content editor, highlight the link
  10. Click the link manager button
  11. In the pop up, mark "Make this link trackable." Enter the Tracking Name.
  12. Confirm the remaining information is correct. Click Submit
    • By re-entering the link and clicking Submit, the link is "refreshed" and the trackability is established for the duplicated mailing
    • Repeat steps 5-12 as needed for the remaining links in the content for all duplicated mailings/content
