1. In BBNC, from the Email menu, select Lists

2. Click the New list link

3. Select the Data Source, i.e. Constituents (which allows us to select a Raiser's Edge query), Education Edge persons (which allows us to select an Education Edge query), or Imported Lists, which allows us to select a CSV file of recipients.

Once we have the list, we can create the template, selecting the same Data Source used to create the list, above.

After the list and template have been created, we can create the new email. In the Messages section, we can select Messages, New message. Then, when we click on the To button the list we created previously will be available.
