• If both registrations are Individual or Team Member Registrations, the user can delete the duplicate record with no impact on the second registration.  The second entry for a paid registration can be deleted.  All data will apply to the first registration as noted above.
  • If the registrant is a Team Captain or Leader, someone else will need to be promoted as captain.  As a result, the captain will be demoted.  Then, you can delete the second registration (because it will now be a team member registration) and "re-promote" the remaining, or first, registration.
