- The organization will change the credentials with the merchant account.
- The organization will contact the analyst via Phone to verbally advise the new password.
- The analyst will update the Database Team via phone of the new password.
- The database team will update the credentials while on the phone.
- The analyst will notify the organization of the changes.
- Please note that the payment processor will be down during this entire process.
