To add Fee and Net Amount fields to the Revenue Details Report, perform the following steps:

1. Go to Control > Reports > Report Customization
2. In the "Start from this general report" drop-down menu choose Revenue Details
3. Click Next
4. Specify the date range and choose "Filter the report results by conditions I build"
5. Click Next
6. Click Next to skip past the Customize Report step
7. On this page you can select all the fields you want to display in the report
