The issue is limited to the users Windows Profile on this one workstation. The following steps can be taken to help resolve these errors.

1. While logged in as the user on the workstation, go to the Registry and remove or rename the following registry keys. These keys are profile specific.

a. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blackbaud\REINI

b. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blackbaud\REINI_1

c. Once deleted, delete the BBUpdate.ini in C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raiser’s Edge and attempt to login

2. If the issue persist recreate the Windows Profile on this workstation
