Users are unable to delete contact records with financial information due to legal reasons. The Sarbanes-Oxley Act requires us to retain all records relating to transactional revenue for a period of at least 7 years.

For records that only have transactions older than seven years, a ticket can be submitted via Case Central to remove any contact records from the database. Please include the record's name and Supporter ID (found on their contact record) and we will process the request on your behalf.
