The Participant can log into their Headquarters and select the Reports tab.  From there:

1.  Select "Choose Columns" above the report
2.  Add the Email field to the report
3.  The report will refresh with email data
4.  Select the Export to XLS function
5.  Name the file and where they want the Excel document on their computer

Note: This will only include email addresses for those that donated to the Participant.
