After clicking on the Blackbaud Custom Reports - Crystal XI link under the plug-ins menu in Blackbaud Hosting Services, the following error is generated:

Error: Error in Main Page Load [filepath].vbd
Error Number: 13
Error description: Type mismatch

This error may occur when the plug-in files are not updated to meet the hosting environment criteria.
