This covers any instance where a customer has created and setup a CFAF event and has chosen to have the "donation totals" display on personal and team pages but the thermometer does not work. For example, the thermometer may show last year's totals for previous registrants or the event may show a different event's totals.
This is typically caused by event association and can be resolved by completing the following:
Navigate to the CFAF's Thermometer Web Feature and manage the feature.
On the Configuration tab, Associate the thermometer with this year's event.
