1. Log into the Blackbaud Merchant Services portal, if this is successful, continue to step 3
  2. Reset the Blackbaud Merchant Services credentials
  3. Re-enter the credentials for Blackbaud Merchant Services in Altru and ensure they match the credentials to login to Blackbaud Merchant Services (steps to do so below):
    1. Navigate to Revenue > Blackbaud Payment Merchant Service Accounts
    2. Click the drop down next to the merchant account and select Edit
    3. Confirm Gateway ID
    4. In the Password field, enter the new password and confirm
    5. Save
