- Log into the Blackbaud Merchant Services portal, if this is successful, continue to step 3
- Reset the Blackbaud Merchant Services credentials
- Re-enter the credentials for Blackbaud Merchant Services in Altru and ensure they match the credentials to login to Blackbaud Merchant Services (steps to do so below):
- Navigate to Revenue > Blackbaud Payment Merchant Service Accounts
- Click the drop down next to the merchant account and select Edit
- Confirm Gateway ID
- In the Password field, enter the new password and confirm
