1. Log into the Blackbaud Merchant Services portal, if this is successful, continue to step 3
  2. Reset the Blackbaud Merchant Services credentials
  3. Re-enter the credentials for Blackbaud Merchant Services in Altru and ensure they match the credentials to login to Blackbaud Merchant Services (steps to do so below):
    1. Go to Revenue, Configuration, BBPS Merchant Accounts
    2. Under Merchant accounts, select the BBMS account
    3. On the action bar, click Edit.
    4. In the Password field, enter the new password
    5. Click Save
