- Go to Communities and choose the type of event or form that this additional donation was made under
- Hover over your event or form and click Bookkeeping
- Click Manage Initiative Records
- Search for the participant or donor's name and click Edit
- Click Delete Record from Initiative tab
- Under the Partial Reversal Section, enter the amount to be reversed.
- Click Update Totals
- Enter a description
- Click Submit Reversal
