1. Go to Communities and choose the type of event or form that this additional donation was made under
  2. Hover over your event or form and click Bookkeeping 
  3. Click Manage Initiative Records
  4. Search for the participant or donor's name and click Edit
  5. Click Delete Record from Initiative tab
  6. Under the Partial Reversal Section, enter the amount to be reversed.
  7. Click Update Totals
  8. Enter a description
  9. Click Submit Reversal
