1. Navigate to your form's Webinfo Checklist
  2. Click #3: Form Options
  3. On the email confirmation page, click Advanced Confirmation Setup
  4. Mark Use Advanced Confirmation Setup
  5. Edit the Advanced Confirmation
  6. Mark Use Customized Text
  7. Click Edit
  8. In the content editor, click the yellow "EF" can/barrel
  9. Double click the field you want to populate
  10. Make any changes necessary (like creating a sentence, for example)
  11. Click Save
  12. Go back to the Webinfo Checklist and click Publish This Event Now
