Rejection code of 'Not Processed' appears in Batch

In addition to the 'Not Processed' rejection code appearing in the gift batch, an error appears in BBPS as follows:  IATS error when sending the request to start batch processing: The underlying connection was processed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.
  1. Contact IATS to determine if the transactions were processed.
  2. Ensure IATS Gateway Login ID and password are up-to-date
  3. If the transactions were not processed, remove the rejection codes from the batch and attempt to process the credit cards again.
