How to make T-shirt size a required field

T-shirts are an option that can be selected during the registration process for a Friends Asking Friends event.  By default, T-shirt sizes are not a required option. However, an organization may want to require that participants choose a T-shirt size at registration.
To set requirements for participants to choose a T-shirt size for a new registration level:
  1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over your event name and click Website Info
  3. In the Webinfo Checklist screen, click Fee Structure
  4. Under Registration Levels click Add Registration Level
  5. Fill out the General Information and Payment Information screens
  6. Click the Advanced screen
  7. In the T-shirt section, mark all the size options you want to offer
  8. This will enable "Make T-Shirt Size Field Required"
  9. Mark "Make T-Shirt Size Field Required"
  10. Click Save
To set requirements for participants to choose a T-shirt size for an existing registration level:
  1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over your event name and click Website Info
  3. In the Webinfo Checklist screen, click Fee Structure
  4. Under Registration Levels click Edit next to the Registration Level you want to modify
  5. In the T-shirt section, mark all the size options you want to offer
  6. This will enable "Make T-Shirt Size Field Required"
  7. Click Save
To finalize either of these settings, go back to the Webinfo Checklist screen and ensure you click Update Your Event Now.
