Try each of the following in order until the issue is resolved on the affected workstation:
  1. Disable Internet Explorer from checking for server certification revocation information
    1. Log completely out of Altru/BBCRM
    2. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab
    3. Under the Security section, uncheck the box that says “Check for server certificate revocation*”
    4. Restart Internet Explorer
    5. Restart Altru/BBCRM and see if the error still occurs
  2. Delete the Apps 2.0 folder
  3. Clear your browser's cache
