These changes can be made by a manual batch update or by importing a CSV file with a list of Payment ID's and the changes to be made.

Starting point:
  1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon > Your Event
  2. Click on Bookkeeping > Manage Initiative Records 
  3. Choose the Donors radio button
  4. Click on Show All
  5. Mark the check boxes next to the specific donations you wish to edit
  6. Click on Batch Update or .CSV Batch Import
Batch Update: 
  • Choose either "Update Selected Record(s)" or "Update All Query Records"
  • Continue
  • Make your changes and Save

CSV Import:
  • Check the box if your file contains a row with column header information (the import function will ignore the first row).
  • Click New
  • Name the batch
  • Add fields from the Available Fields List to the Fields for Batch columns as needed
  • Click Next
  • Browse and Select your file
  • Click Next
  • Map your fields
  • Click Import Now
