Step One: Restart the Host
  1. In The Raiser's Edge, go to Sphere > Scheduler
  2. Choose File, then "Stop Host"  or  "Stop Integration Service" depending on your version of the connector 
  3. Click File, then "Start host"  or  "Start Integration Service" depending on your version of the connector
  4. Select the "Initiate Sync Now" button.  This will perform a manual sync.  Ensure this is successful, then place the Connector back on a schedule if needed.  If not, proceed to Step Two.
Step Two: Restart the Service
 
  1. On the server, go to Start > Run 
  2. Type services.msc
  3. On this list, double-click “Integration Service [your Account ID].” 
  4. Click Stop
  5. Go back into Scheduler and initiate a sync if needed
By completing the above, you have restarted your Connector.
