When attempting to delete a test record from Blackbaud Sphere, the system prompts a message saying:
Cannot Delete Contact(s)
The following contact records cannot be deleted because they have associated financial transactions; they were created by P!N; or they have associated Prospect, Solicitor, or Opportunity in a campaign.
The transaction histories will be lost if these contact records are deleted.
If these records are being deleted because they are duplicates, please use the Duplicate Check function in order to merge these records into one contact record.
All transactions associated with the record are test transactions tied to initiatives that were previously in Preview mode but have since been moved to Active.
Verify that the charge does not show under Pending Transactions in the initiative. If it does, delete the pending transaction and attempt to delete the contact record again.
