1. Go to Control > Reports > Billing > Payment Details
  2. Click Filters at the top left of the screen
  3. Expand the Report Specific folder by clicking the ‘+’ to the left of it
  4. Highlight Deposit Date
  5. Click Add
  6. Enter the appropriate date
  7. Click OK
  8. Highlight Payment Date
  9. Click Add
  10. Enter the appropriate date
  11. Click OK
  12. Highlight the second statement (for payment date) and click the 'Or' button at the bottom right
    • The statement should read as follows: "Deposit Date= [date] or Payment Date=[date]"
  13.  Click OK to save the parameter you specified
  14.  Add any other required filters and click OK.  Click OK at the bottom of the page to save changes
