First, confirm the emails were sent through the HQ by the following:

  1. The participant can log into HQ and review the Email History Log tab
  2. The Sphere administrator can review the participants activities through the Interactions:Activities tab of his or her contact record
If emails were sent and show in these two places, but the receiver did not get the emails, review the following:
  1. Check the recipient's spam or junk mail
  2. Some firewalls may restrict the incoming emails.  These security settings may need to be adjusted to accommodate for the incoming emails from Blackbaud
If the emails do not show in either tab, there may have been a user error in the HQ and the emails were not actually sent.
Please note: it can take up to 24 hours for the emails to be received, based on server traffic
