First, confirm the emails were sent through the HQ by the following:
- The participant can log into HQ and review the Email History Log tab
- The Sphere administrator can review the participants activities through the Interactions:Activities tab of his or her contact record
- Check the recipient's spam or junk mail
- Some firewalls may restrict the incoming emails. These security settings may need to be adjusted to accommodate for the incoming emails from Blackbaud
Please note: it can take up to 24 hours for the emails to be received, based on server traffic.
