If a customer needs to have a custom report created for them that they are not able to produce using the pre-formed reports, filters, and fields then they need to contact their Account Manager and explain what they need in this custom report.  The Account Manager will then work with our Sales, Professional Services and Databse teams to get an estimate of the billable work and time involved.  Once the customer signs off on the estimate our Professional Services and Database teams will build the report and inform the customer once that process has been completed.
