Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
  1. Administration, Globally change records.
  2. From the list on the left, select Students , Students, and click New Change on the action bar.
  3. From the Available fields screen, select Homeroom teacher.  In the Operation: field select Add and in the Add: field select the name of the teacher to be added. 
  4. Click OK.
  5. From the Available fields: screen, select Homeroom.  In the Operation: field select Add and in the Add: field select the name of the homeroom to be added.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Filters tab, select the appropriate filters.
  8. Click Change Now.
