1.  Verify that users have their own credentials for the hosted environment.
  2.  Have the users log into the hosting environment using their own, separate credentials.
Ensure the user has an account created in the application, if not create a new account:
  1. Login to the application as a supervisor user
  2. Go to Admin > Set up system security
  3. Click New User
  4. Enter the username, password, and appropriate permissions
  5. Click Save and Close
  6. Have the user try to login to the application again.
If the users are not sharing credentials:
  1. Have a system administrator delete and recreate the affected hosting user within the User Administration tool.
