SQL jobs fail after changing the name of the environment in web.config.
Solution:
Recreate/update the SQL jobs with the new/corrected environment information

For Example:
If you've updated names in the following items in web.config you will need to update your SQL jobs.

<add key="REDBList" value="BBECDev;BBECProd;Local;" />

And

<connectionStrings>
    <add name="Local"    connectionString="Server=SDEADEV1D1;database=Infinitywa1;integrated security=sspi" />
    <add name="BBECProd" connectionString="Server=SDEADEV1D1;database=BBECProd;integrated security=sspi" />
    <add name="BBECDev"  connectionString="Server=SDEADEV1D1;database=BBECDev;integrated security=sspi" />
 </connectionStrings>
