1. Ensure the correct user name and password for Raiser's Edge is entered in Edit Credentials in the setup of integration
    NOTE: For more on this, review How to configure integration for ResearchPoint and Raiser's Edge (BB751993).
  2. Only Confirmed Assets are sent to the Prospect tab after syncing a record with Raiser's Edge. If the wealth information is Identified and not Confirmed, it will not be sent to Raiser's Edge. To resolve this, Confirm the wealth data and sync the record again.
