This error occurs when your Sphere account has been deactivated due to outstanding billing issues or a cancelled account. Please contact Billing and Collections directly at 800-468-8996 (Option 4, Sub-option 2) or via email at BlackbaudAccounts.Receivable@blackbaud.com.
If you have no outstanding billing issues, you will need to contact your Blackbaud Account Executive. Your Blackbaud Account Executive will work with our Provisioning team to see if your organization can have access to your Sphere account.
