Verify BitKinex is using the correct username and password:
  1. Open BitKinex and right click on the Files Folder Data Source connection
  2. Select Properties
  3. Highlight "Server" from the navigation tree on the left
  4. Update the username or password under the Authorization section

Ensure BitKinex is configured properly for access to the Files Folder
