- On the navigation bar, click Administration, Globally Change Records.
- Select Constituent and click New Change.
- Click Include to select a query of records to be changed or leave at all records.
- Under the Available Fields, click the plus (+) sign next to Education/School Relationships to change all education records (with this field) or Primary Alumni Education to change only those education records marked as Primary.
- Highlight field to be changed and click Select.
- Under Edit Change Parameters, select the operator of Replace and enter the appropriate values for the change in the Replace and With fields.
- Click OK.
- Click Change Now.
