Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
  1. On the navigation bar, click Administration, Globally Change Records.
  2. Select Constituent and click New Change. 
  3. Click Include to select a query of records to be changed or leave at all records. 
  4. Under the Available Fields, click the plus (+) sign next to Education/School Relationships to change all education records (with this field) or Primary Alumni Education to change only those education records marked as Primary. 
  5. Highlight field to be changed and click Select. 
  6. Under Edit Change Parameters, select the operator of Replace and enter the appropriate values for the change in the Replace and With fields. 
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Change Now.
