• In your import spreadsheet, put both lines into the same cell, rather than two columns.
    • Use the character sequence <CR> to indicate a carriage return within the address field.

    For example in one cell: Address Line 1<CR>Address Line 2. This should be entered with no space between the last letter the <CR> and then first character of line 2.

    Note: According to the U.S. Postal Service's Postal Addressing Standards (PDF 736K), for "secondary address unit designators, such as APARTMENT or SUITE ... the preferred location is at the end of the Delivery Address Line." In cases where this is not possible, secondary address information should appear immediately above the delivery address line in the address block.
