Log into your Fundware 00 System Admin division:

  1. From the menu bar on the left, select Security, Users.
  2. Double-click the user that is getting this error.
  3. Note the Report Path listed. It cannot be over 20 characters in length and no slash at the end. (If it is blank, it will default to the Fundware\Data folder)
  4. Click OK.
  5. On the hard drive, verify the user’s path exists in the location stated above. If not, add the folder where it should be.
Next, log into Fundware as the user experiencing the error and follow these steps:

  1. Launch Print Manager by clicking File, Print Manager.
  2. Cancel the ‘open’ dialog box.
  3. Click on File, Set Report Directory.
  4. Point the report directory to the report path specified in the path listed above.
  5. Run the report that originally caused the error.
