Reissue/Reprint date does not appear in the Receipt History window when reissuing/reprinting receipts

In the Canadian version of The Raiser's Edge, users are able to reissue and/or reprint receipts for their donors.  When a receipt is reissued or reprinted, a Receipt button containing the receipt's history appears next to the Receipt Date field on the gift record.  The Receipt History window details if a receipt has been reprinted/reissued; however, it does not list the date of the reprint/reissue. 

Some users would like to be able to track the date a receipt was reissued/reprinted in the Receipt History window.  The reprint and reissue date can be entered for future reprinted/reissued receipts in the Reason field during the process of reissuing/reprinting.
This is resolved in Raiser's Edge 7.96 patch 3, applied to databases in Blackbaud Hosting Services in March 2017 and planned for download availability in April 2017. For further updates on releases as they become available, please see our Community Release page.
