The employee change log was not running correctly when run for a single user, or a range of users in versions prior to 7.60. Therefore, changes were made to Version 7.60 so the report could be run for individual users. As a result of the change, there were previous details that did not have correct header records, so the first time the employee change log is run in 7.60, the report puts the date it was run on all of the changes that were made earlier that didn't have correct headers.
From this point forward you would normally print the report using a date range after the initial one and that eliminates all the "System Defined" entries.
You can also run the report for users from 1 through 99998 (or whatever your last user id number is) and that will eliminate the 99999 and "System Defined" entries.
